Our student travel company offers a wide range of Spring Break Hotels and Spring Break Condos for students that want an “all in” college student experience with accommodations, meals, and our Party Package Wristband to the Island with included nightly parties + our party yacht cruise + Clayton’s Beach Stage + the Wednesday Day Pool Party. Our spring break condos offer more space than our spring break hotels inside the unit or room.

The two spring break hotels we offer are the Hilton Garden Inn & the Pearl Resort. Both are beachfront properties each having its own restaurant, bar, and pool and should be considered 3 to 4 star hotels.

For spring break condos, we offer the Inverness Beach (1 or 2 bedroom condos with full kitchens and living rooms) or The Saida Towers (1, 2, or 3 bedroom condos full kitchens/living rooms). Both properties are beachfront with pools.

Whether you book a spring break condo or spring break hotel, you will be given a security wristband at our check in to access the property. This insures that all students are safe and the properties have control. As all of our South Padre Condos and South Padre Hotels we offer are nearly 100% students, this really won’t minimize a great party experience.

South Padre Spring Break.com requires that all participants at check in are at least 18 years of age or older. We do not collect damage deposits; however, a debit or credit card is required PER GUEST at time of check in to insure against damages. Remember, hosting after parties at any of our units is prohibited and will result in eviction. Pre gaming…well, we get it. Some meet and mingle with your friends prior to going out on our Party Package schedule is to be expected.

Texas does everything bigger, from the clubs, to the number of people at our parties to the sheer size of our rooms and condos on the Island. It is just a $50 per person initial deposit to make a reservation for you and your group.
